Do you wash orders separately?
YES! Orders are always separated. Between each client's order machines are wiped down with disinfectant.
Will you hang or iron? If so, is there an additional charge?
Absolutely. Just provide hangers and specify which items. I can do light ironing upon request on some selective items but unable to iron a full order. At NO additional charge.
What detergent do you use?
I have several options on hand to choose from. Persil, Tide, Gain, or All Free & Clear (unscented). You are welcome to send your own, if you prefer something else.
Underwear? (yes, I've been asked about underwear)
Yes, I wash underwear too. Laundry is laundry, no judgement here.
Do you use fabric softener?
No. Overtime fabric softener can cause towels to become less absorbent, and clothes feel waxy or less clean. Instead, I use a rinse aid.
Do I have to be home for pick up & delivery?
No, only if weather is a concern. Regardless if your home or not, I will communicate pick up & deliver times.
Why charge by pound or bag and not by load?
I feel everyone's idea of what a load size is can vary, which can cause confusion, especially if I sort and separate
I live further away; can I still use you?
If you live outside of the delivery area, we can arrange a pickup and drop off spot.

”I seriously wish I had found Diana sooner. As a busy family of five with three kids, the laundry piles up fast and it had gotten to the point where I felt completely overwhelmed and didn’t even know where to start and even if I did it would take hours that I didn’t have to do it.
